How do I place an order with Goddess Unleashed?
To place a completely discreet and private order you may:

You can order through our

week. We obtain your order from the secure server directly, so your personal information does
not bounce around the web. Your order information is used exclusively for order fulfillment. See

We use an authorized payment processor, Authorize.net, to capture and process all credit
card payments. At no time do we store your credit card number on our server or anywhere on

Can I be sure that you will not share my name, address, account information, etc. with other
businesses?
We hate it when people/businesses do this to us, so we have vowed never to sell the
information you provide to us to anyone, under NO circumstance. Period. We value your

How will my package look?
Your package will be a plain brown (or white) UPS box or padded envelope with your name
on the outside, with a return address of "ASI Inc., 6340 S. Rural Rd. Ste. 118-158, Tempe, AZ
85283", and appropriate shipping labels. The box will only have your name on it and the
above return address. That’s it. Inside, your products will be wrapped in tissue paper. Also
keep in mind that we are very careful to only offer products that are tastefully packaged (no
graphic nudity).

I want to keep my purchases very private and confidential. Will the contents of my package
suggest that sexual products may be contained inside?
As stated earlier, boxes or padded envelopes will be shipped via UPS with an address label
ONLY. The return address will be "ASI Inc., 6340 S. Rural Rd. Ste. 118-158, Tempe, AZ 85283". The
box itself will be brown (or white) with only the appropriate shipping label. Rest-assured that
NO explicit images or sexual content of any kind will be printed on any shipping boxes or
padded envelopes.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
Our shopping cart will do an exact calculation of shipping charges at the time we process
your order. The cost is determined by the weight and size of the products ordered as well as
the shipping destination. Free shipping promotional offers will be provided via USPS Priority
shipping or UPS Ground Service.

When will my order arrive?
USPS Priority Shipping and UPS Ground Service are our standard shipping services. UPS requires
a
street address for delivery, please provide a street address (not a PO Box) for delivery.
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 5-7 business days from the day of order
placement. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen,
your location.

Can I expedite my shipping (overnight, next day, etc.)?
Yes, Goddess Unleashed offers both Overnight and Second-Day Shipping! When calculating
timeframes for overnight or second-day delivery, be aware that our shipping warehouse is
open Monday through Friday and is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Overnight and Second-
Day Shipping orders placed before noon Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will
ship that same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Some locations
in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
Examples:
• Overnight: If your order is placed at 12:30 p.m. (PST) on Friday with overnight shipping, it will
be shipped Monday, and will arrive on Tuesday.
• Overnight: If your order is placed at 11:30 a.m (PST) on Friday with overnight shipping, it will
be shipped Friday and arrive Monday.
• Overnight: If your order is place at 11:30 a.m. (PST) Thursday, it will be shipped that same day
(Thursday) and arrive the next day, Friday.
• Second-Day: If your order is placed at 12:30 p.m. (PST)on Friday with second-day shipping, it
will be shipped Monday, and will arrive on Wednesday.
• Second-Day: If your order is placed at 11:30 a.m. (PST) Wednesday it will be shipped
Wednesday and arrive Friday.

Do you ship Internationally?
No. We do not ship internationally. Also we do not ship to prisons.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment
number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.
If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Goddess Unleashed
or UPS, then Goddess Unleashed will either replace the order for you or refund all charges,
whichever you prefer.

Backorder Items
Goddess Unleashed does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the
unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will
ship the backordered item as soon as it is available. We will notify you of the backordered item
via e-mail. In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty
days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or
canceling your order.
If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the
amount of the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

What is your Return Policy?
Because we personally review and hand select only the highest quality sensual aid products
available, we have confidence that you will enjoy your purchases. However on the rare
occasion that you receive a defective product you may return it for an exchange of the same
item only within 30 days of receipt.
If you are unsure about your selection, do not place an order. Instead, call our personal
shopping assistant at

customerservice@goddessunleashed.com with your questions or concerns. We are happy to
help you make a well-informed decision.
All returns must be pre-approved.
To return a defective product for a replacement within 30 days of receipt, please contact us
for a return ID number and pre-paid return address label at
800-257-5837 during our business
hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. You can also email us at
customerservice@goddessunleashed.com.
We will pay the cost of regular ground shipping to get a replacement to you. Remember to
include your receipt/invoice, and carefully package your returned item. We test and inspect
all returns for quality control.
Our return policy assures you that you receive ONLY brand new, NEVER before previously
purchased or reconditioned products.
Because of duplication technology, DVD’s are not returnable unless they have not been
opened, or are defective. Defective DVD’s will be exchanged for the same title only.
Lubricants, latex, lotions or other liquids are not returnable.
